CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1) The BUYER has the right to withdraw up to six (6) hours before the provision of the contractual service. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify K-CAN TURİZM by e-mail or telephone within this period. In case of exercise of this right, K-CAN TURİZM will refund the service fee to the BUYER within the following seven (7) days.

2) The BUYER has the right to change or postpone the starting and ending place of the service and the service time up to six (6) hours before the provision of the contractual service. In order to exercise the right of change, it is necessary to notify K-CAN TURİZM by telephone or live support units within this period, and the fee difference arising from the change must be collected by the method determined by consultation with the support unit. The postponement process can be made up to thirty (30) calendar days later.

3) K-CAN TURİZM officials are responsible for following up on situations where the passenger has previously made a reservation for transportation service but has experienced changes in flight programs or operational cancellations and/or other delays and taking all necessary measures in a timely manner to perform the transportation service without requesting an additional fee. In this context, if the flight is canceled for any reason, if the passenger has paid the transfer fee to K-CAN TURİZM, K-CAN TURİZM will refund the entire transfer fee to the bank account to be provided by the passenger within 7 (seven) days at the latest.

4) The invoice for the service is issued if the service is performed. The invoice is delivered as requested by the BUYER from among the options offered to the BUYER.

5) VAT and other legal obligations, if any, cannot be refunded in full or partial refunds that may occur due to cancellation or disruption of the invoiced services caused by the BUYER. If the disruption or cancellation is caused by Vipturkiye.com, the entire payment is refunded back to the BUYER account.

6) In addition, in services produced in accordance with the consumer’s special requests and demands or made personalized by making changes or additions, in campaigns and other promotional sales, cancellation cannot be made, and the BUYER cannot use the right of withdrawal. However, it can use the right of postponement in accordance with the change rules to be used within thirty (30) calendar days.

7) In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the place where K-CAN TURİZM is located are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

8) In the event that the order is finalized, the BUYER will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
